Terms and Conditions

Taklifly is operated as a software platform for creating and managing digital event invitations.

Taklifly provides tools for hosts to create event websites, collect RSVPs, manage guest lists, display donation card information, and submit payment proof for publishing. Taklifly is not the organizer of host events unless explicitly stated.

Hosts must provide accurate account information, keep login credentials secure, and notify us if they suspect unauthorized access. Admin features are restricted and may be granted or removed at the platform owner's discretion.

Guests do not need an account to submit RSVPs, but they must provide truthful information and must not misuse invitation links.

Hosts buy an event package, not a specific template. Publishing, shareable links, RSVP tracking, guest dashboards, donation cards, and template use may require admin payment approval.

Telegram payment proof, screenshots, and manual admin approval are operational tools and do not guarantee immediate publishing. Fraudulent or unclear payment submissions may be rejected.

Hosts are responsible for event content, uploaded media, guest lists, donation card information, map links, messages, and compliance with privacy, consumer, payment, advertising, and event laws that apply to them.

Hosts must not upload unlawful, harmful, misleading, abusive, infringing, private, or unauthorized content.

Guests submit RSVP information voluntarily. Donation card information is displayed by the host; Taklifly does not guarantee or process card transfers unless a separate payment provider is explicitly integrated.

Guests are responsible for verifying payment details before sending money to any host or third party.

Taklifly, its templates, interface, software, branding, and platform design are protected by intellectual property rights. Hosts keep rights to their own uploaded content but grant Taklifly permission to host, display, process, resize, and transmit that content to provide the service.

We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal, or business reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taklifly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, reputational, data-loss, payment, event, guest, venue, or third-party damages.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the host for the affected event package, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may suspend or remove accounts, events, templates, media, links, or access if we believe the Terms are violated, payment is disputed, security is at risk, or the law requires action.

These terms are a protective platform document and are not a substitute for advice from a licensed lawyer in your jurisdiction.
