Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-06-22

This Privacy Policy explains how Taklifly collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when hosts create event websites and guests submit RSVPs.

1. Who we are

Taklifly is operated as a software platform for creating and managing digital event invitations.

For privacy questions, account requests, or deletion requests, contact the platform administrator through the contact channel published on the website or in your account dashboard.

2. Information we collect

From hosts we may collect name, email address, login information, event content, images, videos, payment proof details, Telegram usernames, donation card information, and account activity.

From guests we may collect name, phone number, Telegram username, RSVP status, guest count, comments, donation-related information voluntarily provided by the guest, device/browser metadata, and the invitation link used.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide event websites, guest RSVP tracking, payment verification, template publishing, support, security, abuse prevention, platform analytics, and legal compliance.

Hosts are responsible for having a lawful reason to upload guest lists and share guest invitation links.

4. Public event pages

Published public event pages can be opened by anyone with the link and may be indexed by search engines unless the platform later offers a private/no-index option for that event.

Private guest invitation links should not be posted publicly because they may identify a planned guest.

5. Sharing and processors

We use service providers such as hosting, database, authentication, storage, Telegram bot, analytics, and email or communication providers to operate the platform.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users and the platform, or to investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or payment disputes.

6. Security and retention

We use technical and organizational safeguards such as authentication, access control, HTTPS, database rules, and restricted admin workflows. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse, and maintain business records. Hosts may request deletion of their account or event data where legally permitted.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information. We will respond according to applicable law.

If you are a guest, the event host may also control some event and guest-list information, so requests may require coordination with the host.

8. International use

The platform may use service providers in different countries. By using the service, you understand that data may be processed where our providers operate, subject to applicable legal requirements.

9. Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy when the product, legal requirements, or security practices change. Continued use after an update means the updated policy applies.
